With more than 30 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity and debt financings and restructurings, David has represented public and private companies, start-up companies, institutional and individual investors, and corporate and securities law clients in private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, federal and state securities law compliance, and general corporate and contractual matters.

Thalia represents public and private companies, executives, investors, and investment funds in a broad array of engagements, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, entity structuring and formation, offerings of debt and equity securities, and general corporate governance and transactional matters. Thalia is a distinguished alumni of Southern Methodist University having earned both her J.D. (1990) and LL.M. in Taxation (1993) from SMU.
